Pinnacle Picnic Point, a Walter Iezzi Property, is located ocean side of the new Maroochydore CBD. It’s a modern, stylish residential tower with 180-degree views of the ocean and river. Whittaker & Associates worked closely with Walter Iezzi Property Group to deliver cost planning and control through the design phase, including trade measure. During development our services included initial report, monthly progress draws and preliminary Sinking Fund Budget Forecasting for the Body Corporate.
